- 1/2 cup mini pepperoni slices or chopped pepperoni
- 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- nonstick cooking spray

Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F and lightly grease a 12-cup muffin tin with nonstick spray.
- Prepare Dough: Unroll the pizza dough and cut into 12 equal squares. Press each square into the muffin cups, ensuring the dough comes up the sides.
- Add Sauce and Cheese: Add about 2 teaspoons of pizza sauce to each cup. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and desired toppings.
- Top and Bake: Top with Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Cool and Serve: Let cool for 5 minutes before removing from the muffin tin. Serve warm.
