Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare an 8×8-inch baking pan.
- Mix wet ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together pumpkin, sugar, eggs, oil, and vanilla until smooth.
- Combine dry ingredients: In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and spices.
- Blend the mixtures: Gradually combine dry ingredients into the wet mixture.
