Pasta Mixture:

  • 2 cups cooked pasta (such as elbow macaroni or rotini)
  • 1 (14.75 oz) can pink salmon, drained and flaked (bones and skin removed if desired)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried dill (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Topping:

  • ½ cup crushed buttery crackers or breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 375°F and lightly grease a 9×9-inch baking dish.
  2. Mix ingredients: In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, flaked salmon, cheddar cheese, sour cream, milk, cream of mushroom soup, garlic powder, onion powder, dill, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Prepare dish: Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
