- 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup frozen peas and carrots (optional)
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
For the stuffing:
- 1 box (6 oz) stuffing mix
- 1 1/2 cups hot chicken broth
- 2 tbsp melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Prepare the stuffing: In a medium bowl, combine the stuffing mix and hot chicken broth until liquid is absorbed.
- Make the chicken filling: In another bowl, mix together the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Add the cooked chicken and veggies, then spread mixture in the baking dish.
- Add the stuffing: Spoon the prepared stuffing over the chicken mixture.
- Bake: Drizzle melted butter over the stuffing and bake for 30–35 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Serve: Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
