- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, divided
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup dry white wine or chicken broth
- 1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup capers, rinsed and drained
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions
- Prepare the Cod: Pat the cod fillets dry with paper towels. Season with salt and pepper, then dredge lightly in flour, shaking off excess.
- Cook the Cod: Heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter in a skillet. Cook cod fillets for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Transfer to a plate.
