  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • ½ cup milk
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Additions:

  • 4 cups cooked green beans (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
  • 1 cup French fried onions (divided)

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Sauté Onion and Garlic: In a skillet, melt butter and sauté onion until soft. Add garlic and cook briefly.
  3. Prepare Creamy Sauce: Lower heat, add cream cheese and milk, whisk until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
