- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth

- Cook the Pasta: Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

- Sauté Vegetables and Make Sauce: In the same skillet, sauté bell peppers for 3 minutes until slightly softened, then add garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Stir in heavy cream, chicken broth, Parmesan cheese, remaining Cajun seasoning, and black pepper. Simmer for 3 to 4 minutes until sauce slightly thickens.
