Instructions
- Add the chopped apples, water, lemon juice, and cinnamon (if using) to the Instant Pot. Seal the lid and set the valve to sealing.
- Cook on high pressure for 5 minutes.
- Allow a natural release for 10 minutes, then quick release any remaining pressure.
- Use an immersion blender for a smooth applesauce or mash with a fork or potato masher for chunky texture.
