  • powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix dry ingredients: In a medium bowl, combine almond flour, granulated sugar, and salt.
  3. Beat egg whites: In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until soft peaks form.
  4. Combine ingredients: Gently fold the beaten egg whites into the almond flour mixture. Add almond and vanilla extracts.
  5. Shape the cookies: Using a small scoop, shape the dough into balls and place on the baking sheet. Press sliced almonds on top.
