1 (15-ounce) container ricotta cheese, 1 large egg, 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese, 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning, ½ teaspoon salt, ¼ teaspoon black pepper, chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the noodles: Boil lasagna noodles, then drain and set aside.
- Prepare the meat sauce: Cook ground beef, Italian sausage, onion, and garlic in a skillet. Add marinara sauce and seasoning.
