- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2/3 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 3–4 lemons)
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
- Prepare Crust: Cream together softened butter and 1/2 cup granulated sugar. Add flour and salt, mix until crumbly. Press into pan and bake for 18-20 minutes.
- Make Filling: Whisk eggs, sugar, flour, lemon juice, and zest until smooth. Pour over hot crust.
- Bake: Bake for 20-25 minutes until set. Let cool, dust with powdered sugar, slice, and serve.
