  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 cup reserved noodle cooking water

Garnish:

  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the Ramen Noodles: Cook the ramen noodles according to package directions, then drain, reserving 1/2 cup of the cooking water.
  2. Prepare the Peanut Sauce: In a medium bowl, whisk together the peanut butter, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, sriracha (if using), garlic powder, and ground ginger until smooth.
  3. Combine and Toss: Add the reserved warm noodle water gradually to the peanut sauce, whisking until the sauce is creamy. Toss the cooked noodles with the peanut sauce until evenly coated.
  4. Finish and Serve: Top with sliced green onions and sprinkle with sesame seeds, if desired. Serve warm.
