Using refrigerated biscuit dough as the base, these mini pizzas are topped with pizza sauce, cheese, and creative toppings to make spooky faces or designs. Kids and adults alike will enjoy making and eating these playful Halloween-themed pizzas.

Ingredients

Scale

For the Mini Pizzas:

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count)
  • ½ cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 8 black olives, sliced
  • 8 pepperoni slices
  • ½ small green bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • candy eyeballs or small pieces of mozzarella and olives for eyes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the Dough: Separate the biscuit dough and flatten each piece into a 4-inch round. Place the rounds on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. Add Sauce and Toppings: Spoon about 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce onto each round and spread evenly. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the top, then decorate with olives, pepperoni, and bell pepper to create spooky faces or designs.
  4. Decorate: Add candy eyeballs or small mozzarella/olive “eyes” for extra Halloween fun.
  5. Bake: Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the crust is golden brown. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes
