Filling:
- 30 to 40 slices of pepperoni
- 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
Additional:
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- Marinara or pizza sauce for dipping (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare Dough: Roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle on a lightly floured surface.
- Add Filling: Layer pepperoni slices over the dough, sprinkle with mozzarella and Italian seasoning.
- Roll and Cut: Roll the dough tightly into a log, slice into pieces, and place on baking sheet.
