- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup milk

Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Prepare the Blackberry Filling: In a 10- or 12-inch oven-safe skillet, toss the blackberries with 1/4 cup sugar and lemon juice. Let sit.
- Make the Batter: In a medium bowl, combine flour, 3/4 cup sugar, baking powder, and salt. Mix in milk, vanilla, and melted butter to form a batter.
- Assemble and Bake: Pour the batter over the blackberries in the skillet. Bake for 40–45 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve: Allow to cool for 10–15 minutes before serving. Top with ice cream or whipped cream if desired.
