- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon butter (cut into small pieces)
Additional:
- 1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)

Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 10×15-inch baking sheet. Roll out pie crusts and fit them into the pan.
- Mix Filling: Combine strawberries, sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, and vanilla in a bowl. Spread mixture over the crust.
