  • 1/3 cup light brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the batter: In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, mix wet ingredients. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed. Pour into the pan.
