- 1/3 cup light brown sugar, packed

- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
- Prepare the batter: In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, mix wet ingredients. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed. Pour into the pan.
- Make the streusel: Mix streusel ingredients until crumbly. Sprinkle over the batter.
- Bake: Bake for 50–60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool before slicing.
