- 1 (32 oz) bag frozen fully cooked meatballs
- 1 cup pineapple chunks (drained)
- 1 bell pepper (chopped, any color)
- ½ cup chopped onion
- 1 cup ketchup
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup rice vinegar or apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch + 2 tablespoons water (optional, for thickening)

- In a medium bowl, whisk together ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, and garlic powder. If you prefer a thicker sauce, stir in the cornstarch slurry.
- Place the meatballs, pineapple chunks, bell pepper, and onion in a large skillet or saucepan. Pour the sauce over the top and stir to coat. Cover and simmer over medium heat for 20–25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until meatballs are heated through and vegetables are tender.
- Serve hot over rice, noodles, or as an appetizer with toothpicks.
