  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Pecan Crumble Topping:

  • 1 cup light brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Prepare Sweet Potato Base: In a large bowl, mix mashed sweet potatoes, granulated sugar, eggs, melted butter, milk, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth. Spread into the baking dish.
  3. Make Pecan Crumble: Combine brown sugar, flour, softened butter, and chopped pecans in a bowl. Sprinkle the crumble over the sweet potato layer.
