  • 1 (3.4 oz) package instant pistachio pudding mix

Salad Mix:

  • 1 (8 oz) can crushed pineapple in juice (undrained)
  • 1 cup miniature marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
  • 1 (8 oz) tub whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
  • Maraschino cherries for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Pistachio Fluff: In a large bowl, combine the pistachio pudding mix and crushed pineapple with juice. Stir until well combined and pudding begins to thicken.
  2. Complete Salad: Fold in the whipped topping, marshmallows, and chopped nuts until fully incorporated.
