- 1 (3.4 oz) package instant pistachio pudding mix
Salad Mix:
- 1 (8 oz) can crushed pineapple in juice (undrained)
- 1 cup miniature marshmallows
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
- 1 (8 oz) tub whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
- Maraschino cherries for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare Pistachio Fluff: In a large bowl, combine the pistachio pudding mix and crushed pineapple with juice. Stir until well combined and pudding begins to thicken.
- Complete Salad: Fold in the whipped topping, marshmallows, and chopped nuts until fully incorporated.
- Chill and Garnish: Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to blend and salad to set. Garnish with maraschino cherries just before serving, if desired.
