Quesadilla:

  • 1 flour tortilla (8-inch)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro (optional)

Instructions

  1. Egg Mixture: In a small bowl, whisk eggs with milk, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat butter or oil in a skillet, pour in eggs, and scramble until set. Remove from heat.
