Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C) and prepare the springform pan.
- Prepare the Crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the pan and bake.
- Make the Blueberry Swirl: Cook blueberries, sugar, and lemon juice until thickened. Puree and strain if desired. Let cool.
- Prepare the Filling: Beat cream cheese and sugar, then add eggs one at a time. Mix in vanilla, melted white chocolate, and sour cream.
- Assemble the Cheesecake: Pour filling over crust, add dollops of blueberry mixture, and swirl gently.
- Bake: Place the pan in a water bath and bake until set with a slight jiggle in the center.
- Cool and Chill: Cool in the oven with the door cracked, then chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
