  • 2 tablespoons everything bagel seasoning

Fillings:

  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 4 breakfast sausage patties or plant-based sausage
  • 1 tablespoon butter or oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare Biscuits: In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Cut in cold butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in buttermilk until just combined. Pat dough into a rectangle, cut into 4 biscuits, place on baking sheet, brush with buttermilk, sprinkle with seasoning, and bake for 12–15 minutes.
