  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1½ cups fat-free Greek yogurt (plain)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Filling:

  • ½ cup brown sugar (packed)
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg

Glaze:

  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1–2 tablespoons fat-free Greek yogurt (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking dish.
  2. Make the dough: Mix flour, baking powder, salt, Greek yogurt, and vanilla. Knead and roll out into a rectangle.
  3. Prepare the filling: Combine brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Spread on dough and roll into a log.
  4. Bake: Cut into rolls, place in a dish, and bake for 20–25 minutes.
  5. Make the glaze: Mix powdered sugar and Greek yogurt. Drizzle over warm rolls.
