Dough:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1½ cups fat-free Greek yogurt (plain)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Filling:
- ½ cup brown sugar (packed)
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
Glaze:
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1–2 tablespoons fat-free Greek yogurt (for glaze)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking dish.
- Make the dough: Mix flour, baking powder, salt, Greek yogurt, and vanilla. Knead and roll out into a rectangle.
- Prepare the filling: Combine brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Spread on dough and roll into a log.
- Bake: Cut into rolls, place in a dish, and bake for 20–25 minutes.
- Make the glaze: Mix powdered sugar and Greek yogurt. Drizzle over warm rolls.
