Chicken:

- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup fig preserves
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter

- Fresh figs, halved (optional)
- Fresh thyme sprigs for garnish
Instructions
- Season the chicken: Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Sear the chicken: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken for 4 to 5 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove chicken and set aside.
