Description

Brownies:

  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon instant coffee granules
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Frosting:

  • ½ cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon instant coffee granules dissolved in 2 tablespoons warm milk
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  2. Mix Brownie Batter: Combine melted butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla, cocoa, coffee, flour, salt, and chocolate chips. Pour into pan and bake.
  3. Make Frosting: Beat butter, powdered sugar, cocoa, dissolved coffee, vanilla, and salt until fluffy. Spread over cooled brownies.
