Brownies:

- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- ¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon instant coffee granules

- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Frosting:
- ½ cup unsalted butter (softened)
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon instant coffee granules dissolved in 2 tablespoons warm milk
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×13-inch baking pan.
- Mix Brownie Batter: Combine melted butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla, cocoa, coffee, flour, salt, and chocolate chips. Pour into pan and bake.
- Make Frosting: Beat butter, powdered sugar, cocoa, dissolved coffee, vanilla, and salt until fluffy. Spread over cooled brownies.
- Serve: Cut into squares and enjoy!

- For a stronger coffee flavor, add an extra teaspoon of instant coffee to the brownie batter.
