Blondies:

- 1 cup pastel M&M’s or candy-coated chocolates
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup sprinkles
Frosting:
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 2–3 tablespoons heavy cream or milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Food coloring of choice
- Extra sprinkles or candy eggs for topping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Mix wet ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk melted butter with brown and granulated sugars until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing well.
- Combine dry ingredients: In another bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir into wet mixture until just combined.
- Add mix-ins: Fold in M&M’s, white chocolate chips, and sprinkles. Spread batter in the pan.
- Bake: Bake for 25–28 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean. Cool before frosting.
- Make frosting: Beat softened butter until creamy. Gradually add powdered sugar and cream until smooth. Mix in vanilla and food coloring.
- Frost and decorate: Spread frosting over blondies and add extra sprinkles or candy eggs. Cut into squares to serve.
Notes
- Do not overbake to keep the blondies soft and chewy.
- Blondies can be made ahead and stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
