Frozen Lemonade Slush Ingredients:
- 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 4–6 lemons)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 1/2 cups cold water
- 3 cups ice cubes
- lemon slices and mint for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Mix Lemon Juice and Sugar: In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice and sugar until the sugar is fully dissolved.
- Blend Ingredients: Pour the lemon-sugar mixture into a blender along with cold water and ice cubes. Blend on high until the ice is crushed and the mixture has a slushy texture, about 30–60 seconds.
- Adjust Sweetness and Serve: Taste and adjust sweetness if needed. Serve immediately in chilled glasses and garnish with lemon slices or fresh mint if desired.
Notes
- For a flavored twist, add a handful of strawberries or raspberries before blending.
- You can also make a boozy version with a splash of vodka or limoncello.
