For the Yogurt Mixture:
- 2 cups plain or flavored Greek yogurt
- 1–2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (if using plain yogurt)
For the Berry Swirl:
- 1 cup fresh or frozen berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries)
Optional Toppings:
- ½ cup granola

- Add the Berries: Gently fold in the fresh or frozen berries until evenly distributed.
- Assemble the Popsicles: Optionally, sprinkle granola into the popsicle molds. Fill the molds with the yogurt-berry mixture, tapping to remove air bubbles.
- Freeze: Insert sticks into the molds and freeze for at least 4–6 hours until solid.
- Serve: To release the popsicles, briefly run the molds under warm water to loosen them.
Notes
- For a vegan version, use dairy-free yogurt.
- Blend the berries for a smoother texture or keep them whole for added fruitiness.
