Description

These Frozen Yogurt Pops are a delightful and healthy frozen treat perfect for summer. Made with Greek yogurt, fresh berries, and a hint of sweetness, these easy-to-make popsicles are a hit with both kids and adults.

Ingredients

Scale

For the Yogurt Mixture:

  • 2 cups plain or flavored Greek yogurt
  • 1–2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract (if using plain yogurt)

For the Berry Swirl:

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries)

Optional Toppings:

  • ½ cup granola
  • popsicle molds and sticks

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Yogurt Mixture: In a medium bowl, combine the yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  2. Add the Berries: Gently fold in the fresh or frozen berries until evenly distributed.
  3. Assemble the Popsicles: Optionally, sprinkle granola into the popsicle molds. Fill the molds with the yogurt-berry mixture, tapping to remove air bubbles.
  4. Freeze: Insert sticks into the molds and freeze for at least 4–6 hours until solid.
  5. Serve: To release the popsicles, briefly run the molds under warm water to loosen them.

Notes

  • For a vegan version, use dairy-free yogurt.
  • Blend the berries for a smoother texture or keep them whole for added fruitiness.
  • Experiment with different fruit combinations for varied flavors.
