Description

A refreshing and vibrant Fruit Salad with Mint that’s perfect for summer gatherings or as a light and healthy dessert. This colorful salad combines a variety of fresh fruits with a hint of mint and a zesty lime dressing.

Ingredients

Scale

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup green grapes, halved
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup mango, diced
  • 1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • juice of 1/2 lime
  • 2 tablespoons fresh mint, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the strawberries, blueberries, grapes, pineapple, mango, and kiwi.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey (or maple syrup) and lime juice until well blended. Drizzle the mixture over the fruit and gently toss to coat. Sprinkle in the chopped mint and toss again lightly. Refrigerate for 15–30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to blend. Serve chilled.

Notes

Notes:

  • Use any combination of fresh, ripe fruit you like—this recipe is highly flexible.
  • For extra zest, add a pinch of lime zest or a splash of orange juice.
