Description

These Garlic Bread Rolls are a delightful twist on traditional garlic bread. Soft and fluffy pizza dough is rolled into individual portions, brushed with a savory garlic butter mixture, and baked to golden perfection. Each bite is filled with aromatic garlic, buttery goodness, and a hint of Parmesan cheese. Perfect as a side dish or a snack!

Ingredients

Scale

Dough:

  • 1 pound pizza dough (homemade or store-bought)

Garlic Butter Mixture:

  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (or 1 tsp dried)
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp dried Italian seasoning (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the dough: Divide the pizza dough into 12 equal pieces and roll each into a ball. Place the dough balls on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. Make the garlic butter: In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Brush and bake: Brush the garlic butter mixture over each dough ball. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Finish and serve: Remove from the oven, brush with remaining garlic butter, and serve warm.
