Dough:
- 1 pound pizza dough (homemade or store-bought)
Garlic Butter Mixture:
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (or 1 tsp dried)
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp dried Italian seasoning (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the dough: Divide the pizza dough into 12 equal pieces and roll each into a ball. Place the dough balls on the prepared baking sheet.
- Make the garlic butter: In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, salt, and Italian seasoning.
- Brush and bake: Brush the garlic butter mixture over each dough ball. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown.
- Finish and serve: Remove from the oven, brush with remaining garlic butter, and serve warm.
