- 1 cup heavy cream
- ¾ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

- Reserved pasta water as needed
Instructions
- Cook the pasta: Cook pasta according to package instructions in salted water until al dente. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water, then drain and set aside.
