Instructions
- Making Mashed Potatoes: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and add the potato chunks. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes until fork-tender. Drain and return potatoes to the pot. Add milk, butter, sour cream, salt, and black pepper. Mash until smooth and creamy, adjusting seasoning as needed. Cover to keep warm.
- Preparing Garlic Butter Shrimp: Pat shrimp dry with paper towels and season with paprika, salt, and pepper. In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and olive oil. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant. Cook shrimp for 2 to 3 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Stir in lemon juice.
