For Creamy Alfredo Tortellini:

  • 9 ounces refrigerated cheese tortellini
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season and Cook Steak Bites: Season steak cubes with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Sear in a skillet with olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter until browned.
  2. Prepare Garlic Butter: Add garlic and butter to the pan, toss with steak, and set aside.
  3. Make Alfredo Sauce: Melt butter, cook garlic, whisk in flour, then slowly stir in cream. Add Parmesan and seasoning.
  4. Cook Tortellini: Cook tortellini, drain, and add to the Alfredo sauce.
