For Creamy Alfredo Tortellini:
- 9 ounces refrigerated cheese tortellini
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season and Cook Steak Bites: Season steak cubes with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Sear in a skillet with olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter until browned.
- Prepare Garlic Butter: Add garlic and butter to the pan, toss with steak, and set aside.
- Make Alfredo Sauce: Melt butter, cook garlic, whisk in flour, then slowly stir in cream. Add Parmesan and seasoning.
- Cook Tortellini: Cook tortellini, drain, and add to the Alfredo sauce.
