Marinade:

- juice and zest of 2 limes
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro (optional)

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- lime wedges for serving
Instructions
- Prepare the Marinade: In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic, lime juice, lime zest, cumin, chili powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Marinate the Chicken: Place chicken breasts in a resealable bag or dish, pour marinade over them, seal, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Cook the Chicken: Preheat grill or skillet, remove chicken from marinade, discard excess liquid, and cook for 5–7 minutes per side until done.
- Rest and Serve: Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes, garnish with cilantro, and serve with lime wedges.
