Instructions
- Marinate the Chicken: In a medium bowl, toss chicken strips with 2 tablespoons soy sauce and cornstarch until coated.
- Stir-Fry the Chicken: Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add chicken and stir-fry for 4 to 5 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.

- Make the Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together chicken broth, oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, sesame oil, and black pepper. Pour sauce into the skillet and stir to coat evenly.
- Finish and Serve: Cook for 2 to 3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
