Shrimp:

  • 1 lb large shrimp (peeled and deveined)

Garlic Butter Sauce:

  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Serving:

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Prepare the garlic butter sauce: In a bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
  3. Coat the shrimp: Add the shrimp to the sauce and toss to coat evenly.
  4. Bake: Spread the shrimp in a single layer in the baking dish. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top. Bake for 10–12 minutes until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.
  5. Optional broil: Broil for 1–2 minutes for a golden top, if desired.
  6. Garnish and serve: Garnish with parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
