Shrimp:
- 1 lb large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
Garlic Butter Sauce:
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- Prepare the garlic butter sauce: In a bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
- Coat the shrimp: Add the shrimp to the sauce and toss to coat evenly.
- Bake: Spread the shrimp in a single layer in the baking dish. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top. Bake for 10–12 minutes until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.
- Optional broil: Broil for 1–2 minutes for a golden top, if desired.
- Garnish and serve: Garnish with parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
Notes
- Serve over pasta, rice, or with crusty bread to soak up the garlic butter sauce.
- For extra richness, add a sprinkle of mozzarella before baking.
