- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a large baking dish or sheet pan.
- Prepare Chicken and Potatoes: In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken pieces and baby potatoes, tossing everything until evenly coated.

- Garnish and Serve: Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- Add broccoli or green beans to the pan in the last 15 minutes of baking for a complete one-pan meal.
- You can use bone-in chicken thighs for extra juiciness—just adjust bake time as needed.
