Pasta:
- 12 oz penne or rigatoni pasta
Chicken Mixture:
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 3 cups cooked shredded or diced chicken
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1½ cups grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- ¼ cup chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions
- Preheat Oven and Prepare Dish: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish. Cook pasta according to package instructions, then set aside.
