For the sauce:
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with foil. Place a wire rack on top and lightly grease it.
- Season wings: In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder until evenly coated. Arrange wings on the rack in a single layer.
- Bake wings: Bake for 40–45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Make the sauce: While the wings bake, melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes, cook for 1–2 minutes until fragrant. Remove from heat and stir in the Parmesan cheese.

- Serve: Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra-crispy wings, pat them dry with paper towels before seasoning.
