Steak and Potatoes:
- 1 1/2 pounds sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 1/2 pounds baby potatoes, quartered
Seasonings and Garnish:

- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare: Preheat the grill to medium-high heat or the oven to 425°F (220°C). In a large bowl, combine steak and potatoes.
