- 1/4 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the filling: Combine peaches, sugars, lemon juice, cinnamon, and cornstarch. Transfer to a greased baking dish.
- Make the topping: Mix flour, sugars, baking powder, and salt. Cut in butter, add milk and vanilla. Spread over peaches.
- Bake: Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown and bubbly. Cool slightly before serving.
