Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Caramelize Apples: In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add apples, brown sugar, thyme, cinnamon, and salt. Cook until caramelized, about 6-8 minutes. Set aside to cool slightly.
- Prepare Pastry: Place puff pastry on the baking sheet. Spoon apple mixture in the center, place Brie on top, and top with remaining apples. Fold pastry over, trimming excess and sealing edges.
- Brush with Egg Wash: Brush pastry with egg wash.
