Ingredients
Scale
Fresh Peach Lemonade:
- 2 cups ripe peaches, peeled and sliced (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 4–6 lemons)
- 1/2 cup honey or granulated sugar
- 4 cups cold water
Garnish:
- Ice cubes
- Fresh peach slices and lemon wheels
- Fresh mint leaves (optional)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine peaches, lemon juice, honey (or sugar), and 1 cup of the water. Blend until completely smooth.
- Strain mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a large pitcher to remove pulp, if desired.
- Add the remaining 3 cups cold water and stir well. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
- Serve over ice, garnished with peach slices, lemon wheels, and fresh mint if desired.
Notes
- For a sparkling version, replace half of the cold water with chilled sparkling water or club soda just before serving.
- You can also freeze peach slices and use them as ice cubes for extra flavor without dilution.
