  • 4 mini naan breads

For the Greek Salad Topping:

  • 1/2 cup hummus (classic or roasted garlic)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/4 cup Kalamata olives, sliced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Bake the Naan: Place mini naan breads on a baking sheet and bake for 5–7 minutes until slightly crisp but still soft in the center.
  3. Prepare the Greek Salad Topping: In a bowl, combine cherry tomatoes, cucumber, olives, red onion, dill, olive oil, and red wine vinegar. Toss to combine and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Assemble the Naan Bites: Remove naan from the oven, let cool slightly, spread hummus over each naan, top with the Greek salad mixture, sprinkle with feta, and slice into quarters or serve whole.
