Description

These Greek Yogurt PB Fit Protein Bars are a delicious and nutritious snack option that is easy to make and perfect for on-the-go energy. Packed with protein and flavor, these bars are sure to satisfy your sweet cravings while keeping you feeling full and energized.


Ingredients

Dry Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup PB Fit powder
  • Pinch of salt

Wet Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (plain, unsweetened)
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the oats, PB Fit powder, and salt.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, honey, almond milk, and vanilla extract until smooth. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and stir until a thick dough forms. Fold in chocolate chips if using.

  3. Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper and press the mixture evenly into the pan.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
  5. Once set, cut into bars and store in the fridge for up to 1 week.

Notes

  • For added protein, mix in a scoop of your favorite vanilla or peanut butter protein powder.
  • These bars can also be frozen for longer storage.
  • Use dairy-free yogurt and chocolate to make them vegan.
