Instructions
- Prep the Skewers: If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes.
- Marinate the Shrimp: In a large bowl, combine olive oil, Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Add the shrimp and toss until evenly coated.
- Skewer the Shrimp: Thread the shrimp onto skewers, about 4–5 per skewer.
