Lime Sherbet Punch:
- 1/2 gallon lime sherbet
Lemon-Lime Soda Mixture:
- 1 liter lemon-lime soda (chilled)
Pineapple Juice Blend:
- 1 liter pineapple juice (chilled)
Additional:
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- Red sanding sugar for rimming glasses
- Corn syrup for glass rims (optional)
- Maraschino cherries for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare Glasses: If desired, prepare the glasses by dipping the rims in corn syrup and then into red sanding sugar; set aside.
- Mix Ingredients: In a large punch bowl, combine the lime sherbet, lemon-lime soda, pineapple juice, and lemon juice. Stir gently until the sherbet starts to melt and the punch becomes frothy and bright green.
- Serve: Serve immediately in prepared glasses and garnish each glass with a maraschino cherry.
Notes
- To make it a frozen slush punch, freeze the pineapple juice into ice cubes ahead of time.
- For an adult version, add a splash of vodka or rum.
- You can also use green Hawaiian Punch instead of pineapple juice for a deeper green color.
