Ground Beef Mixture:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Sauce:
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
Additional:
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 6 oz egg noodles, cooked and drained
- Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Cook Ground Beef Mixture: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef with diced onion until browned and onion is soft, about 6–8 minutes. Add garlic and cook for another minute. Drain excess grease if needed.
- Prepare Sauce: Melt butter in the pan, stir in flour, and cook for 1–2 minutes to form a roux. Gradually stir in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Add salt, pepper, and paprika. Simmer and cook for 5–7 minutes until thickened.
- Finish Dish: Remove from heat, stir in sour cream until blended. Add cooked noodles and toss to coat. Serve warm, garnished with parsley.

- For a richer flavor, add a splash of heavy cream.
- You can substitute Greek yogurt for sour cream if preferred.
