- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- ¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese (optional)
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat the Olive Oil: In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the olive oil.
- Cook the Turkey: Add the ground turkey to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Sauté Aromatics: Add garlic and onion, sauté until fragrant and onion is translucent, about 3 minutes.
- Add Vegetables: Stir in zucchini and bell pepper, cook for 5-6 minutes until just tender.
- Season and Simmer: Add diced tomatoes, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. Let simmer for 5 minutes to blend flavors.
